Lessons from Job
I am starting a Bible study with my church ladies on YouVersion. (Thank goodness I am in a state that values religious freedom and re-opened places of worship, plus had a pastor willing to do so!)
We are reading in chronological order.
We read the beautiful creation story in Genesis. Now, we are reading through Job. Job's immense suffering, yet trust in God is amazing.
We may suffer, but it is only for a time.
We may suffer, but it is only to show unbelievers Christ and share the Gospel.
The world is not lost, but it seems to be trying to be. But in Christ, there is hope in suffering.
Blessings, my friends.
Remember, Jesus loves you. He bled, died, and rose again so that we could be in Heaven with him. Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved.
